[Bug] Missing icon on Properties > Opens With Section on Windows 11 24h2

Describe the bug
The app icon is missing on Properties > Opens With Section

To Reproduce

1. Right click any file associated with Notepads and hit "properties"
2. See that the app icon is missing from "open with"

Expected behavior
The Notepads icon should be there instead of a generic icon.
