Beskrivelse

Ved å publisere til event-API-et med en Hangfire bakgrunnsjobb decoupler vi vår oppetid fra Altinn Events. Vi sikrer også at event publish blir prøvd om og om igjen over en periode på flere timer som gir Altinn Events god tid til å komme opp å kjøre igjen. Til slutt oppnår vi Outbox pattern via transaksjonsscope.
