Microphone icons displayed all over the panel in Ubuntu 18.04 whenever any command is input to Anna.

Hi @gauthamzz , after much debugging and research on the issue, we have come to the conclusion that it is not a bug from the developer side. Whenever webkitspeechrecognition is called, there come multiple microphone icons over the ubuntu panel.
This issue is prominent in many other extensions and applications:
For example: Google Docs Voice Typing and Chrome Loom

However, when Anna runs on Google Chrome of a Mac machine, the icon keeps on fluctuating which is also not satisfactory.
For now, there is very little we could really contribute to this issue as this seems to be more of a UI problem of the systems or a bug from webkitspeechrecognition.
