Can we make the mandatory dc-fields required in Roda-In (e.g. can't create a SIP if they are not filled in)?

Yes, Bert needs to make a SCALA.xml XSD file to validate it against.

RODA-In allows you to create SIPs even if the metadata is invalid. It is up to the user to make sure the required fields are filled in.

Optionally in the template, we can mark required fields with an asterisk for example. But currently the only required field seems to be "Description Level".
