keyvault lookup plugin should honor ANSIBLE_AZURE_AUTH_SOURCE

if I am working locally, I would like to use credentials obtained through az login to make use of the azure_keyvault_secret lookup plugin. I would be good if it followed the same logic as all other Ansible modules.
