Bug description
Monitors page does not work.
[Error] No path could be generated for filename: ''

Steps to reproduce

  1. set artist name as the only tag in Downloads tab, right click, copy to monitors
    Download settings:
    Path: /home/user/adult/grabber/artistname
    Filename: %date:format=yyyy-MM-dd%.%artist%%md5%.%ext%
  2. right click, copy to monitors
  3. full download artist, run monitor after
  4. wait a day
  5. monitor
  6. Log error message:
[15:03:08.613][Error] No path could be generated for filename: ''
Website e621.net, not sure if it effects other sites.

Monitor settings - Download tab
Enabled: Checked
Path: empty
Filename: empty
(it says leave empty to use default settings, I don't think this is working)

Expected behavior
Monitors should download new images since monitor was last ran
