Grabber.exe Installer Won't Open

Bug description

When I click the Grabber installer, the app doesn't open. Nothing happens, and the installer doesn't even appear in the Task Manager.

Steps to reproduce

Double-click the installer to open it.

Expected behavior

The installer should launch and display.

• OS: Windows 11 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4169)
• Grabber version: Grabber_v7.13.0_x64

Additional context

I tried opening the Grabber installer version Grabber_v7.9.1_x64 for comparison, and the old version works fine—the installer launches as expected.

When I test run the 7.13.0 and 7.9.1 installers on 22H2 I get smartscreen blocking them from running. They also request admin privileges before the "Select Setup Language" window opens.

Try right click run as admin. Also try disabling smartscreen. Try redownloading the installer too.
