Hello. Thank you for developing a very amazing tool that is way better than others. I'm very interested to use and cite your work for my projects.
I just wonder if there is any available external tutorial/vignette somewhere that can be easily followed step-by-step starting from a seurat object? I'm kind of confused with the actual codes here in Github. Maybe something that used the built-in seurat object pbmc3k as demonstration that everyone can follow?
I'm struggling how to implement it with my actual data. Given my integrated seurat object, I subset one kind of cell type, then do I start with #4 "Graphical based k-partitioning approach"?
Thank you very much in advance.
