Is the idea that this should be static and updated via pull requests? Is there an embed or some kind of service integration for local job postings? Is there some way this could somehow tie into the #jobs channel in cleveland-tech.slack?

Static data would get stale pretty quickly here. I think for this to work it'd need to link to or get data from another service.

I feel like this issue can get closed or converted to two separate issues about the newsletter.

1. link to sign up for newsletter (maybe do a little blurb on our about page - which we don't have? - saying that you should sign up for the newsletter to get Python job postings)
2. link to contribute to the newsletter (another blurb saying how to submit job postings and such that you'd like to hire Python devs for)
