There are a few areas where DWR needs to monitor the Spatial CIMIS program, to verify that it's operating properly.

Monitor the satellite feed. This is the most important component, since if no data is saved there is no recovery possible. The DWR machines test this every hour. If there is a failure, then an error is sent to the admins via pushover, A smartphone notification system.

At least 2 DWR agents need to get pushover accounts, and subscribe to the DWR Spatial CIMIS application. The URL is https://pushover.net/subscribe/GOESreceiver-VVYqi2smf6rGPHD
DWR might want to consider replicating this service through a DWR user on pushover.
