Hello to everybody. First post here. If any of the devs happen to read this: First of all thanks for this GREAT project and all your hard work!!!
(1) When checking proportional hazards assumptions on one dataset, where CPH assumptions are violated, the plots are displayed as expected, and I also get some further information in the terminal.
(2) On another dataset, where assumptions seem to hold, the plots are NOT displayed, although I specified them:
[...]
cph.check_assumptions(survival_educ, p_value_threshold=0.05, advice=True, show_plots=True)
[...]
The terminal merely displays
<<< Proportional hazard assumption looks okay. >>>
I would like to visually evaluate the plots myself every time I use check_assumptions, regardless of formal test result. Seeing myself a slope of zero and an expected scattering of points is more reassuring to me than having to rely exclusively on the rather terse text display. Since the option show_plots is there (good) I would like to use it consistently.
