Hey @hwfanatic , you should notice that in 1.8.2 many peers will start to be banned for their software version. Does 1.8.2 keep your peer list cleaner now? |

@BrandtH22 I don't think 1.8.2 is banning any peers or at least I haven't noticed that my peer list is any cleaner now. The number of peers with outdated software has slightly decreased in the past month, but I can only presume this has happened organically. |

With 1.8.2, the chia client has begun removing peers that are on old versions of the chia client.
This request is to expose the settings for the user to edit and control what versions of the chia client that peers must have to remain connected.
This can initially be added as a config.yaml entry (potentially an entry that needs to be added by the user) then it would be great to expose in cli and GUI settings.

Give us the ability to set the minimum required version for full node connections, OR devise some other way to prevent connections with nodes that are stuck on blocks 3228*** and 3455***.
It is getting really old and tiresome to have to manually clean the list all the time.
