Make locked funds visible on Defiscan in the address details after the implementation of the dToken restart.

After the dToken restart the funds will be locked for a very long time and users should have the possibility to check the current status of their locked funds.

@UserMaxL: There are no 'area' labels on this issue. Adding an appropriate label will greatly expedite the process for us. You can add as many area as you see fit. If you are unsure what to do you can ignore this!
