The only way to get rid of a stop bit in .linkconfig is to use Link.Stop

To make matters worse, when I use Link.Stop in order to check after the removal of a stop vector with the mouse in the editor, it gives me the information that ⎕STOP would give, and ignores what's in `.linkconfig'.
