Goals

This sub-issue is specifically about adding the JSON & YAML examples in the "FedRAMP OSCAL SSP" section and sub-sections of the documentation:

• Specifying the FedRAMP Baseline - /documentation/ssp/fedramp-baseline-specification/
• OSCAL Components - /documentation/ssp/overview-components/ (TBD as this section is being worked in a separate issue)
• SSP Template Topic Areas > System Owner and Assignment of Responsibility - /documentation/ssp/oscal-representation/owner-and-responsibility/
• SSP Template Topic Areas > System Information - /documentation/ssp/oscal-representation/system-information/
• SSP Template Topic Areas > Leveraged Authorizations - /documentation/ssp/oscal-representation/leveraged-authorizations/
• SSP Template Topic Areas > External Systems and Services - /documentation/ssp/oscal-representation/external-systems-services/

Review and updated any files in these sections that currently only have XML examples

NOTE - This issue does not include the "Security Controls", "System Inventory" and "Cryptographic Modules" sections. Those will be split out in other issues so they can be worked in parallel by multiple developers.
