Biblio 3.x entity should have a "standard" status property

In order to support unpublished entities, Biblio should have a "status" property.
I think it should imitate the node status as much as possible.

Once it is added, we need to change all of the existing views in use to take it under consideration.

@amitaibu I talked with @RoySegall about it and he said you need to decide about it.

Sure, this is just on of the differences between node and Biblio entities that made failures in views/efqs like we see in https://github.com/openscholar/openscholar/issues/4952 and we might encounter in other places.
