Only comments I'd make would be that Asim & Sean helping land big names should begin this month. Likewise my running the interviews will happen between this month and 21 Jan. 21 Jan is the absolute deadline for the last interview to happen, but our goal is to get then all done by December, and stretch the deadline for exceptions then. So we need a different kind of milestone (and more granularity) on how we mobilise Asim, Sean and the Steering Group this month to secure top level interviews.

@Leamsi9 so I've opened this ticket to make sure we are aligned on your upcoming deadlines and the conversations and the gantt were really confusing to me. Please reply here in case some of the deadlines don't seem correct to you. I have removed our comments from the other ticket where I track progress to avoid confusing others and to keep it simple for the WG to review our progress. thanks for your understanding.
