Implement CI to deploy automatically #34

From master or from a dedicated branch (which has to be created yet), we should be able to deploy automatically the generated site (contained in the _site folder) on the CERN EOS storage, to be served by the CERN webservers. Currently, we copy-paste the generated folder to EOS manually.

For event display in CMS I have mirrored the repo in GitLab and used the CI there. One can deploy to DFS or EOS automatically from there. https://gitlab.cern.ch/ci-tools/ci-web-deployer
