When installing Rebound 11 , it stucks at Step 3 of 9: Rebound Defragment and Optimize Drives certificate installed.

🪜 Steps To Reproduce

1. Launch Rebound Hub
2. Navigate to "Rebound 11" page
3. Install it

🤔 Expected behavior

It should be successfully installed.

It seems I know where the problem lies.
Installing Rebound Hub to a non-system disk will cause the installation to fail. I successfully installed Rebound Hub after changing the Windows Apps save location.
