SVDdetector is a set of MATLAB-based pipelines to segment MRI markers of cerebral small vessel disease (SVD). It includes separate modules to automatically segment and quantify SVD lesions on MRI scans defined by the STRIVE protocol (Wardlaw J.M., et al. Lancet Neurol. 2013), including
- white matter hyperintensities
- dilated perivascular spaces
- lacunes
- cerebral microbleeds
- recent small subcortical infarcts
