Songs wont play when on mobile data

Is there an existing issue for this? (Please read the description)

Current Behavior

the songs will skip one after another like its trying to play something but it never does, the weird thing is that it only happens on Mobile Data, if i turn on my wifi its fine or even on my pc its fine

Expected Behavior

it should just play the music normally even on mobile data right?

Steps to reproduce

1. turn on mobile
2. its on loop

Make sure to add your logs. You can find them at the bottom of the settings. If you find none, there is a chance it's just bad mobile data.
