The kernel feature is awesome, but since {duckdb} has no binaries for linux, it takes ~30mins to build from sources.
I feel it's better to let users decide if they need the kernel computation by moving {duckdb} from imports to suggests.

I can work on this feature and docks if you think it would be useful.
