What happened?

Up/Down arrow keys not scrolling images in image reader, Left/Right keys still works for page turning.
Can make it work sometimes by switching reading mode Left/right -> Up/Down ->Webtoon ->Left/Right, but its stops working after page refresh, or closing reader.

Image reader settings:
Image Splitting: Fit to screen
Layout Mode: Single
Image Scaling: Original
Auto Close Menu: On
Swipe Enabled: Off
Emulate comic book: Off

What did you expect?

Expected to be able to use up/down arrow keys to scroll image if its height cant fit my resolution.
