Additional Context
I'm not sure for what reason a Mix Node is connected to Specular Tint. This node setup was generated by an older version of Blender (I don't know which one). It might be a bug that has already been fixed.
Version
OS: Linux
Blender Version 4.2

PS: The Mix Node is created when you open an older (than 4.0) blend file.
For 4.0 release, a new Principled BSDF node was introduced, and for compatibility with older files, some node tree are created to keep shader as soon as possible, visually.
See here for more information: https://developer.blender.org/docs/release_notes/4.0/shading/#principled-bsdf
