Parental Consent Received - HR Manual Status Update

As an HR team member,
I need to be able to manually update the status of an applicant
So that I can perform in-person HR reviews of individuals for specific circumstances

Acceptance Criteria:
GIVEN I am an HR Team Member
WHEN I need to update the status of a staff applicant
THEN I am able to easily login and do so

Preferences: HR should be able to edit staff applicant status data in a spreadsheet or other cloud format
