シラバス（ミラー）がリンク切れしている #195

シラバス（ミラー）を押すと、おそらくすべての科目でリンク切れしている。
ミラーに拘る理由もないので、一旦は公式をポップアップで開くようにするのがベター？

公式は 'X-Frame-Options:sameorigin に設定されていたため、iframe から読み込めないっぽい
