Videos do not load on iOS in safari or firefox

Not sure why but for me, the new .webm videos do not load for me on my phone in either Safari or Firefox.

The .webm browser support has some note about being partially supported but I would be lying if I said I understood exactly what it means. Maybe our videos are made with the wrong codec?

Basically, we should probably have an .mp4 fallback if the .webm videos cannot load. Analytics tell me that about 7% of visitors on needle.gg use iOS and Safari in the past month, so it's definitely not a super rare use case.
