The permissions on https://github.com/NorskHelsenett/ror/blob/main/hacks/docker-compose/mongodb/mongo-init.js is insufficient when I start r.sh, the entire folder is ignored according to logs:

/usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: ignoring /docker-entrypoint-initdb.d/*

A temporary solution is to add permisisons to the mongo-init.js and then delete the database to force it to reinitialize:

rm -rf ./ror/hacks/data/mongodb
