I am currently thinking about contributing more actively to some projects that I would like to use more intensively (ex: FluentUI Blazor).
Before starting this journey, I try to give a look back at what has been done in Orchard to achieve this goal so I am in a process of listing what kind of good practices could benefit to any project.
I'd like to gather the opinions from many different point of views in order to produce a minimal output that could look like to a Check list of Todo tasks that tend to make a project to tackle this main questioning:
What can I do as a project owner to help people to contribute to the project?
What kind of questions I can ask myself to check that I made everything I could to make the project welcoming?
Hence, I am in a process of listing what kind of good practices could benefit to this endeavour.
My first assumption has been to make a list of what we did, even recently, to keep the Orchard project flourishing.
May be it will also help us to enhance some areas in our process or find new ways of improvement.
