Scrobble primary artist is inconsistent

I've noticed that the "Scrobble primary artist" option is very inconsistent, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't
I also noticed it does not work on local files.

Here it works on a released album,

Not working on local files...

Also, this option won't work if the album artist is tagged as "X" and there's a song in it tagged as "X & Y" artist (keep in mind this is not local files)

I honestly have no idea if this is possible but
would be nice to have an option "Prefer album artist" to send album artist instead of the artist tag for non-comp albums.
