Allow custom scrobbling threshold length

Currently, the code only scrobbles a song after four minutes, or after the song reaches mid-point.
That seems a little harsh (esp. the 4 minutes part).

Could it be possible to customize such thresholds in the settings rather than hardcoding them in the program?
