Some artists just won't get scrobbled at all

I only recently noticed that an artist I was listening to wasn't getting scrobbled at all, despite other artists/songs being scrobbled as normal. The artist in question is By the Thousands, and I can get scrobbles to work just fine on my phone, just not the Windows Apple Music app.
