Hello,

Came across this project and looks very good!

We're looking for a ticket system in the future, but we're curious about the plans of peppermint.

Is there a roadmap with upcoming features? We're specifically looking for the following:

Ability to configure rules, so that we can send auto-replies with context variables (like customer data, custom fields, conversation fields/data).
Ability to add auto-reply templates
Ability to add custom fields
