This wasn't a problem with earlier versions of this app. The latest version shows the setting dialog but the Save and Cancel button are missing. This prevents the user from being able to set the "Persist Allocations for Project" checkbox to true. That means, any target allocations are set for all projects which doesn't make sense for a workspace with multiple projects.
In the screenshot below, the top version is from the latest code on July 10, 2023. Notice it is missing the Save button. The bottom version is from the Subscription Catalog in Acme which was added many years ago.
(Note, even if my focus in on the check box and I hit Tab to navigate to the Save button, the next item that is in focus is outside that dialog thus leading me to believe this isn't just an issue with scrolling and instead, the buttons on not on the dialog.)
