Pain

There is a visual bug on the consulting services page of the SSW website. When switching between different categories, the services pop in from the top left in a visually unappealing manner. The expected behavior is a smooth fade-in animation where the opacity starts from zero and gradually increases.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Services should fade in smoothly when switching between categories.
2. The fade-in animation should start with opacity at zero and gradually increase to full opacity.
3. The animation should not cause the services to pop in from the top left.

Reproduce Steps

1. Navigate to the consulting services page on the SSW website.
2. Switch between different categories of consulting services.
3. Observe the current animation where services pop in from the top left.
