You can find it on Team Page (since no new free pages could be added), as a separate box titled 'Filter Design'.

Constraints

All filter options visibility to be configurable
Filter values to be pulled for each media entry
"No matches found" to be implemented.
Results should show up even if single filter is selected.

Most work done. Mobile view of filter pending. To be closed and shared with OT to test.
