Feature Request - Debug mode where commands are shown but not run

I'd like to request a feature to have a debug mode, where commands are shown, but not run.

We used to have this feature in RAMPART but removed it due to some of the command lines being variable depending on the output from the tools. I'll see if there's someway to reimplement this functionality in the future. I'll leave the ticket open until either this gets implemented or it's ruled out.
