Broken URL for flag of Afghanistan

Currently the link to the flag of Afghanistan is broken:

It was apparently renamed to:

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/9a/Flag_of_Afghanistan_%281928%29.svg

But the "current" "flag" of "Afghanistan" has apparently been determined by Wikipedia as:

https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/5c/Flag_of_the_Taliban.svg
