Feedback - Quiz for "Meeting Structure: Running, Closing and Follow-up" does not show corrections when someone submits wrong answers

Description

When you submit any incorrect answers in the quiz for "Meeting Structure: Running, Closing and Follow-up" , it does not show you which questions you got wrong. It just shows you your answers. This makes it difficult to figure out what the correct answers should be.

1. Go to 'https://learn.wordpress.org/quiz/meeting-structure-running-closing-and-follow-up-3/'
2. Put in an answer you know is incorrect.
3. Click submit.
4. It will give your score, but not indicate which answers are incorrect or correct.
