Hi,

New to FastStream.

Trying to integrate FastStream into a FastAPI project consuming messages from a RabbitMQ queue.

How can I set the prefetch_count to ensure fair dispatching between the consumers (https://www.rabbitmq.com/tutorials/tutorial-two-python#fair-dispatch)
