Increase the required padding between room names and their notification counts.

Also verify that truncating room names using ellipses actually still works.

This needs to be done because otherwise things look a bit too cramped and awkward.

Something else that might need to be done is to decrease the width available to rooms at all so that they are forced to ellipseize if they are too long even before it would have been absolutely necessary to preserve the balance of the display.
