Add system context and restore asset manager

The providers need some independent way of knowing about models.

The current idea is to have a parameter SystemCtx when creating a session handler (or provide it to the handler otherwise).

The system context will be the "connection" of provider sessions with the outside world. It should be responsible for providing access to system services like the asset manager (and in the future others)
