How to add M2M rows that are related via ORM Model

hello! I have 3 models:

class GameQuest(Base):

  id = Column(Integer, primary_key=True)
  name = Column(String(100), nullable=False, unique=True)
  type = Column(String, nullable=False)
  game_association = relationship("GameQuest", back_populates="quest")
  games = association_proxy("game_association", "game")

class Game(Base):

  id = Column(Integer, primary_key=True)
  name = Column(String(100), nullable=False, unique=True)
  is_active = Column(Boolean, default=True)

How can i properly add new Games while creating Quest?
For now i can do it only via GameQuest:

I think right now this is the only option.
Usually this should be solved with InlineModel to create both Game and GameQuest in one page.
There's already a feature request for this.
