Toggle dark & light modes

@anuragverma108 I am looking to implement a feature that allows users to toggle between dark and light modes within the application. This will enhance the user experience by giving them the option to switch between themes based on their preferences.

Could you please assign this issue to me? I’m excited to work on implementing the dark and light mode toggle for Hacktoberfest.
