accessing database from rails app to pg admin

1. pg_ctl start
   

1.1 look for the port, dapat same port sa pgadmin

2. put the name of the database
   

2.1 check the role name dapat same siya sa username sa pgadmin

3. once nakita mo na same na ang username sa pgadmin and role name sa psql then you are good to access the table na
