[ENHANCEMENT] - Channels DVR Icon

I think the Channels DVR icon should be pretty straight-forward, the process looks like this:

/channels-dvr/2023.02.02.2036/ffmpeg-dl

the middle part is named for the current release so maybe a wildcard expression like:

/channels-dvr/*/ffmpeg-dl

or simply if it starts with:

/channels-dvr
