Ping Viewer does not correctly recognize its version #1055

Version: 2.3.4

Operating System: Windows 10

What is happening: PingViewer shows as not a release even though this was directly downloaded from the github release page.

How to reproduce it: Open PingViewer click on the bell or the info page.
