Exclude prefix text from HTTP Reference card excerpts

The cards on the HTTP Reference index page show a single line of text from the card's contents. Currently this line is taken from the prefix text which is identically across most cards.

I'd recommend to either remove the description from them, or to find a way to exclude the prefix.
