  • can make a public circle and share it as a list, so it can be viewed by others (to see activities from people in the list and/or to follow them)
  • can share the circle using different boundaries
  • We could also show filtered feeds based on circle and/or those lists
  • a user who decided to be undiscoverable (current setting applies to search or user listings) should not appear in such lists either
  • lists could also be turned into groups/topics (keeping implementation separate but with a one-click to convert it) so they can be followed
