[Bug]: Gamescope 24.08 at Bottles 51.18 & earlier defective

Describe the bug

Using Gamescope causes the following error when starting a game:

The package containing “/usr/lib/extensions/vulkan/gamescope/bin/gamescope-brokey” could not be found.
If you want to create a stack trace for this package, please install it.

Problem exists since LinuxMint 22 (also 22.1) or the Ubuntu base 24.04.

To Reproduce

1. Activate gamescope for any game in bottles
2. run game
3. Game does not start
4. Check Bugreport
